As a film and book lover, I’ve always been fascinated by the power of stories to shape our lives. Just like the characters we connect with on-screen or in a novel, the stories we tell about ourselves can have a profound impact on how we see the world and our place in it. In my practice, I bring this passion for storytelling into our work together, helping you explore and reshape your own story in a way that feels authentic and empowering. Whether it's finding new perspectives or rewriting old narratives, I believe that understanding and owning your story can be a powerful tool for change.
I know vulnerability can be tough so I try to create a safe, non-judgmental, comforting space where you can feel supported while acknowledging how our identities and experiences shape us. My primary focus is anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we work through these challenges together.
I understand first-hand how depression and anxiety can seep into every part of our life and create layers of anger, shame and guilt. Both my background and life experiences help me effectively work alongside racialized queer & POC in our community. I am deeply committed to supporting clients through a strength-based approach with the client's goals in mind.

Healing Through Story
This 5-week psychotherapy group uses stories, books, and film characters as mirrors for self-exploration. Together we’ll move through themes of identity, release, resilience, and connection, inviting participants to reflect on their own experiences and patterns. Through guided discussion, reflection, and therapeutic exercises, members will increase self-awareness, find strength in shared narratives, and explore new paths toward healing. The group is facilitated with a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and affirming lens, welcoming diverse voices and lived experiences, including those from marginalized and LGBTQ+ communities.
