i believe that you deserve to be held with the same attentiveness and care that you offer to your clients, and that you deserve to feel resourced and supported as you go about you work. i know how difficult it can be to make time for our own healing in the midst of so many competing demands on our time, or within organizational structures that pressure us to keep showing up despite feeling burnt out or overwhelmed. i want to hold a space where you can show up authentically, just as you are, without the pressure of caring for others. i want to support you in re-connecting to the passion that brought you to this work.
i support careworkers, creatives, and healers who want to show up more fully in their work without losing heart. whether you're currently working in non profit, running a private practice, providing informal caregiving, or engaged in community organizing, i can help you feel more present and resourced in your work.
i bring two decades of experience to my clinical work, with a background in non-profit, including outreach and crisis-based settings. i bring a strong feminist and anti-oppressive lens to my work, alongside the lived experience of working in a variety of community based settings. contact me for an initial consult so we can explore how we might work together.
