I’m a Registered Social Worker with over fifteen years experience in mental health as well as working with clients through Employment Family Assistance Program (EFAP) helping clients with various life stressors. I can help you learn skills to cope with feelings, problem solve and change behavior patterns that might be contributing to your difficulties.
