Providing useful psychological services to children, adolescents, adults and their families as they develop is at the heart of my practice. My therapeutic approach includes understanding a family or individual’s existing expertise and providing the context for desired change. Work in an inpatient treatment centre, public and private schools and crisis counselling, has provided rich experience with a range of clients including those dealing with acute mental health concerns to those wanting to make changes within their everyday lives.
Practice areas include anxiety and mood difficulties, attention and learning concerns, parent-child relationship difficulties, adjustment and family based intervention. Psycho-educational Assessment, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Family Systems Therapy are utilized to support clients in moving toward their goals.
