I offer psychotherapy for those who wish to increase their self awareness by engaging in a process of making sense of the past in order to feel the present and future as more alive. My personal and clinical core values are compassion, honesty and trust.
I work with my canine "therapy companion," Tao Tao, a Swedish Vallhund.
My extensive training in psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy enable me to facilitate awareness and agents of change.
