I'm a Registered Social Worker, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional, and Registered Rehabilitation Professional. I use a combination of counselling, hypnosis, meditation, mindfulness, breath work, NLP, and/or coaching strategies according to client needs.

My purpose is to help you feel better, and to help you improve your health, wealth and relationships. I offer services in person at The BodyMind Centre and NovaCare Centre in Thunder Bay, online or via telephone. I offer free 15 minute telephone or online consultations.
