Together we will develop a treatment plan that best meets your needs. My therapeutic approach is warm and non-judgmental, which I balance with direct and open conversation. I am driven in my work to empower people to discover and enhance their personal strengths, and use these skills to reach their goals.
My preferred therapeutic approaches are person centered and trauma informed. I am trained in EMDR, an effective trauma treatment modality. I also utilize concept and perspectives of Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory and Solution Focused Therapy.
