I am a seasoned therapist with over 14 years experience working with individuals, families and couples. My primary focus is providing you with a safe, confidential and validating space to explore and make sense of what is getting in the way of your wellness, as well as providing concrete tools and strategies that will help you to increase your resilience and move forward in the direction you choose. We will work together to determine which therapeutic interventions are the best fit for you.
With specialization in the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, emotion dysregulation, trauma, and relational difficulties across the life-span, I have trained extensively in the following treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapies, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-focussed Therapies.
