Accepting new clients! My name is Nicole. I have been a therapist for almost two decades and have decidated myself to advanced training and certification in order to provide an evidence-based, safe, compassionate, trauma-informed environement for clients. Areas I specialize in include: Trauma (PTSD and CPTSD), Pregnancy and Postpartum, Infertility (including Assessments for specific Fertility Treatments), Grief & Loss (including miscarriage, stillbirth and child loss), Anxiety & OCD, Stress and Burnout, Menopause, Life Transitions, Child & Adolescent, Parenting, Couples and supporting those with a late ADHD or ASD diagnosis.
At Oak and Cedar, I use strengths-based, holistic, mind-body approaches to ensure a non-judgmental, safe and client-centered space for you. I have training in a variety of therapy approaches, but commonly use EMDR, Ego-States, Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts, Narrative Therapy, ACT and Mindfulness based approaches.
At Oak and Cedar, I work alongside you, and seek to empower and support you to reclaim your hope, rewrite unsupportive thoughts that deter you and hold you back, and restore, and help sustain, your wellness.
