Do you find yourself constantly overthinking, feeling stuck in low energy, or battling self-doubt? Anxiety can leave you feeling on edge, exhausted by racing thoughts and the pressure to “hold it together.” Depression can make it hard to enjoy things you once cared about, leaving you feeling hopeless or disconnected. You might feel like you’re just going through the motions, trying to survive each day. But it doesn’t have to stay this way. We've helped many people find relief from anxiety and depression—guiding them to feel more in control, rediscover joy, and reconnect with themselves and others.

When your mind is constantly pulled in a thousand directions, it can be difficult to start even the simplest tasks. You might feel overwhelmed by your to-do list, frustrated by missed deadlines, and different from everyone else because you can’t seem to control your own brain. Eventually, the chaos, the distractions, and the constant battle to stay focused just gets discouraging. The good news is that whether you're a teen trying to make it through 11th grade or an adult who recently discovered you have ADHD, it’s never too late to learn new coping skills. I'm here to help you take back control of your brain.

Child Counsellors
Child psychologists in Nunavut provide mental health therapy to children and are experts in child development.

Every comprehensive review of therapy with children shows that all credible approaches, when performed by a competent mental health clinician, produce almost the same results. About half of all kids will get better. Of those that improve, 80% will show progress in a relatively short time (likely in fewer than six sessions), the remaining 20% will need longer-term support.

The best child therapists in Nunavut build great relationships with the child and the parent. They also see the child's strengths and are open to hearing the child's possible solutions to the challenges the child faces. Finally, a good therapist appreciates the child's culture and is sensitive to the values of the child's community.
