Instead of unpacking all your experiences in session and reliving all the pain, you show through pictures, drawings, art or sand tray? Or perhaps we use Observed Experiential Integration or EMDR or Root Cause Therapy to help your body and mind heal. We have options for healing and with compassion and curiosity we can get 'there' together.
My approach to therapy is non-judgmental and without bias, we all put our pants on the same way! I will meet you where and how you need me to. It is your journey and I will work tirelessly to provide a safe and comfortable environment where you will feel at ease and safe. My goal is to guide and walk with you until you feel safe to journey on your own.
