My significant experience have provided me confidence in treating various psychological, emotional and behavioural issues in individuals, couples and families. My approach is to provide meaningful and effective treatment in a safe, nurturing and non-judgmental environment where you can find a support that is compassionate and transformative.
Using evidence based models such EMDR, EFT, CBT-trauma focused treatment, DBT and Mindfulness, I treat a wide range of issues such as trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, couple's difficulties, parenting, self esteem, relationship issues, anger, employment difficulties, harassment, immigration and other issues. I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
