I am a caring psychotherapist with a genuine enthusiasm for people to know inner wellness and personal freedom. My significant experience have provided me confidence in treating various psychological, emotional and behavioural issues in individuals, couples and families. My approach is to provide meaningful and effective treatment in a safe, nurturing and non-judgmental environment where you can find a support that is compassionate and transformative.
Using evidence based models such EMDR, EFT, CBT-trauma focused treatment, DBT and Mindfulness, I treat a wide range of issues such as trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, couple's difficulties, parenting, self esteem, relationship issues, anger, employment difficulties, harassment, immigration and other issues. I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
Our collaborative work in counselling will help you feel better about your inner self, find direction in your challenges and find new insights to your difficulties.
