Couples Community Connection (Online)
Weekly, drop-in, open to couples at any stage of their relationship. A supportive space, not a replacement for therapy. Focused on connection, learning, shared experience. Many couples share the same experience — feeling like their relationship exists in isolation. You may have friends, family, or coworkers, but very few spaces where you can talk openly about what it’s actually like to be in a long-term relationship.

Community Connection for Individuals (Online)
The group is: Weekly, drop-in, open to adults at any stage of life. A supportive space, not a replacement for therapy. Focused on connection, insight, and shared experience. Some people attend regularly, others come when they need support — both are welcome. Sometimes just hearing that others feel the same way can bring relief, clarity, and a sense of belonging.
