I help adults who struggle with anxiety, trauma, interpersonal challenges, and low self-esteem and I also provide specialized clinical services to people with chronic pain, Functional Neurological Disorders (FND), and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I use evidence-based psychotherapy techniques to facilitate our work together in identifying, understanding, and changing harmful patterns that hold you back or may contribute to your physical symptoms.
