How many people are willing to understand the true feelings in a person's heart? I believe it is easy to define psychological illness, but it is very hard to find out a person's true feelings. This is the biggest challenge for one’s career. With that in mind, I work to understand all feelings and help all my clients learn to work through their difficulties to gradually become internally independent until they no longer need me.

I understand that most likely you have been trying your best and pretending that life is OKAY, but now the heaviness of putting on a brave face is getting you down. You have tried a few things ( reading books, maybe attending therapy) but you find yourself repeating the same old habits of ignoring and pushing down your feelings. Your unresolved TRAUMA is making all your decisions right now. Most likely, most of the time, your trauma leaves you feeling quite unsafe in your body ( panic attacks, low mood, etc). You DO NOT want to feel like this anymore but you are also a little nervous about whether therapy can "really work"?

If you’re feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure of yourself, you’re not alone.
If you’re going through a life transition, overthinking your relationships, or struggling to express your emotions, therapy can help to make sense of it all.
I work with individuals who want to better understand themselves, feel more grounded in who they are, and show up more honestly in relationships. Many people I work with are navigating high expectations, feel an inner pressure to hold it all together, and are carrying past experiences that impact their ability to connect, be present, and live a life in alignment with their goals and values.
