I see therapy as a creative, collaborative process. I am influenced by by the work of Carl Jung, and I have received post-graduate training in a diverse set of treatment modalities (EMDR, IFS, ACT, CPT, PE, EFT). I enjoy using a unique blend of EMDR and IFS for deeper trauma work, but I am also comfortable with more traditional forms of talk therapy. For work with couples/families, I use a family systems approach and am well-suited to helping couple/family units navigate neurodivergence such as ADHD, highly sensitive people (HSP), BPD and Bipolar Disorder. I am open to and encourage discussing spirituality in our therapy sessions.

Family separations can be extremely stressful and difficult times for both parents and children. Sometimes people need immediate support to cope with the stress of a recent separation, and sometimes people can find they are struggling with emotional distress, conflict, and cycles of poor communication that last for years. If you are dealing with the emotional fallout of a separation, ongoing conflict over living arrangements, parenting time, child support, or other parenting concerns, I can help give you the time and space to think and talk openly about what you want moving forward and help you make a plan for how to get there.
