Welcome to Nova Phoenix Counselling Services! We are happy you have found us so you can learn more about the compassionate and safe services we offer for individuals wanting to improve their mental health.
Nova Phoenix Counselling Services provides quality, affordable, evidence-based psychotherapy services. We are a team of 60 registered social workers and psychotherapists providing counselling support in 10 different languages.
We offer in-person, virtual, and phone counselling for children, youth, adults, couples and families with no waitlist in four different locations: St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland and Ancaster.
Our team of therapists are highly trained in several different psychotherapy modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems and more. Our therapists integrate a trauma-informed approach throughout their practice.

Honouring the Darkness
Come join us on December 21st to honour the darkest day of the year and learn useful coping skills that can teach you how to rest in stillness and practice healing during the cold dark days of winter.
