Having spent many years working on my own mental, emotional, and spiritual health, I now offer counselling support for individuals who similarly struggle with feelings of disconnection, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem related to family and relationships.

I use a variety of person-centred therapeutic approaches to help you gain a deeper understanding and awareness of how these have impacted your inner world so you can develop greater self-compassion and build more authentic connections with yourself and others.
