If your struggling with unresolved issues, experiencing relationship problems, struggling with stress, anxiety or maybe you just don't know why you feel the way you do. We help you look at you, your personal situations and your environment in order to help you make sense of what's going on. At Northern Winds, our objective is to help you move on with your life and let go of the past. We help you look at your situations and environment with a different perspective, which in turn can help you make different choices. Service within 24 hours of initial contact, fair competitive rates with quality service and expertise.
We use evidence based practices as well as wholistic theory, for individuals, couples and families. We work daily with anxiety and depression but we also have extensive experience in addiction, trauma, identity/adoption issues, abandonment, and many other unfortunate life experiences. At Northern Winds, we also offer evenings and weekend appointments.
We are inclusive of a strength-based approach and mindfulness based theory. Truly learn and understand how acknowledging, accepting and letting go of hurt allows us to move forward. This in itself allows us to be in healthy relationships and prevents negative environments from intruding into our daily lives. Attend your first session within 24 hours!

Truth and Reconcilliation workshop
We can come to your school, organization or any place of employment or institution to teach and inform anyone of the Truth & Reconciliation Recommendations. Learn about the history of Canada the Indian Act and how it all came to where we are today. Rather than just hearing or voicing the Land Acknowledgment, truly understand what it means. The Land Acknowledgment is huge jump into a learning process with limited historical information. Learn the foundational roots of what the Acknowledgment means in a safe and respectful manner. Call for details and we will suite this session to your needs!
