Our clinicians have been providing Psychotherapy & Counselling services for over 25 years combined. Our clinicians work with a variety of concerns such as mood disorders, substance abuse or addiction, chronic pain, perinatal mental health concerns, grief, PTSD and trauma. Our clinicians will support you along the way to work through daily challenges and obstacles you face. You do not have to bear it alone.
Our clinicians work with all populations, including children up to 95+! Each clinician has their unique area of interest and expertise, and have worked with clients for addiction, grief, perinatal concerns, couples/family struggles, and life stressors. Our clinicians have their own unique skills, using an integrative approach for individualized sessions.
Our clinicians use compassion and mindfulness skills to work with clients to explore their thoughts and behaviors in meaningful ways. We work in collaboration with the client to meet their needs and goals. Our goal is to provide a safe space to explore challenges and the self collaboratively.
