My core approach stems from the belief that everyone has a unique creative capacity within themselves. In my work with folks, I strive to support them in discovering and developing that ember that is creative capacity. Together we work to build upon practical tools that exist inside the individual. I use a variety of modalities with expressive arts being the main pillar of my practise.
Most of us have been subjected to the idea that arts are for professionals or highly skilled individuals. In my work with folks I help them tap into their creative capacity. In time they begin let go of the inner critic and experience healing along the way to free creative expression.
If you are reading this and you feel at all curious about expressive arts. I encourage you to reach out, I offer free 30 minute consultations and I am happy to answer any questions you might have.
