Many people think about reaching out for support long before they finally do—and you’re not alone in that. I’m currently welcoming new clients for April 2026. As a psychologist, I work with people who feel stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, sad, or worried and want life to feel easier again. Clients describe my care as very good to excellent, and all would recommend me to someone they love. Whether in-person or virtual, we’ll create a space where you can feel supported and start moving toward the change you want. I offer in-person and virtual appointments in my Calgary office, and virtual appointments to clients in Nova Scotia.
Together, we’ll focus on the changes you’re seeking and the skills that help those changes last. I offer evidence-based counselling for people who feel discouraged, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps—and I regularly see clients regain hope, even after difficult past experiences with therapy.
