As a Registered Psychologist since 2001, I help adults and couples overcome personal, mental health and relationship challenges with compassion and cultural sensitivity. The interventions and therapies I draw on are well-researched and have been clinically proven to be effective.
I provide individual and couples counselling and therapy in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental helping relationship. Armed with 10 years of clinical training helping people with a wide range of problems, I offer therapy for stress, coping skills, depression, anxiety, trauma, pain management, relationship/marriage difficulties, and cultural issues.
