I have experience in working with different mental health concerns including abuse, bullying, ADHD, ADD, ASD, OCD, anxiety, conduct disorder, bipolar, schizophrenia, academic/intellectual limitations, emotional disorders, suicidal ideation, panic attacks, depression, emotional eating, cultural shock, immigration challenges, diversity, and trauma/PTSD.
In addition to my doctorate degree in developmental psychology, I earned various certifications in sports, mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, yoga, post rehabilitation, which I include within my therapy so you can be consistent, stable, and ready to move forward!
