I’m Noni Vatish (she/her), a queer South Asian Art Therapist and Social Worker. My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in the belief that healing happens when we create a space that feels safe, empowering, and affirming. I bring together my education in Social Work and Art Therapy, alongside my lived experiences, to support individuals with a variety of challenges, including mental health struggles, addiction, trauma, and race-based experiences. My practice is shaped by anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches.
I believe strongly in the importance of both formal education and lived experience in shaping a therapeutic approach. My background in social work, along with my experience supporting those with mental health and addictions in harm reduction settings, equips me to guide clients through their healing journeys with compassion and expertise.
I work well with individuals facing anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, and substance use.
