I especially enjoy assisting people who feel "stuck" to understand the mechanics of what helped get you stuck, and how to get moving again. My area of particular focus is relational issues, whether they be with friends, romantic partners or prospects, co-workers, family, etc.
I offer a solution-based, client focused, eclectic approach that is built upon understanding your particular personality characteristics. Your time is valuable and therapy isn't cheap. My aim is to efficiently assess the core issues at hand and work with you to implement strategies to move you towards successful outcomes as soon as possible.
I have a very relaxed, laid back manner which is conversational and natural. I love hearing your stories and getting to know you. It is so unbelievably satisfying to watch the light bulb go off for clients when they recognize a solution to a seemingly unsolvable problem.
