Hello, welcome! If you're looking for support for depression, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, OCD, or interpersonal difficulties, we may be a good fit! I'm a clinical psychologist (candidate register) of Haitian ancestry, and I can provide evidence-based treatment and support in English and French for adults who may be struggling with mental health concerns. I can also provide formal assessments for learning difficulties, ADHD, and general psychological functioning.
My approach to therapy is rooted in cognitive-behavioural principles that integrate mindfulness-based strategies. I also believe that systemic factors have a big influence on mental health and that culturally sensitive approaches to assessment and therapy are crucial. As such, I integrate Afrocentric principles into my practice.
