Hello, welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I’m a clinical psychologist (candidate register) of Quebec and Haitian ancestry. I work with adults who are navigating depression, the "what-if" spirals of anxiety and phobias, or the exhausting loops of OCD. I also work with those who are finding their relationships with others difficult or are simply burnt out from the pressure of keeping it all together. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place! I can provide therapy in English and French. Beyond therapy, I provide diagnostic assessments for learning disorders, ADHD, and general psychological functioning.
I understand firsthand that who we are and our stories cannot exist outside of social and cultural factors. While my practice is rooted in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), my approach considers how systemic factors shape your world and affect your mental health. I balance using tools backed up by science and making room for your lived experiences.
