I have 15 years of experience helping people with anxiety and mood disorders as well as chronic health problems, including cancer. I am an Assistant Clinical Professor at the U of A Medical School. I treat the whole person - mind, body, and spirit.
I help people adjust to what is out of their control in life and focus on what they CAN do to live full, meaningful lives. Even though we are talking about serious, heavy things, my clients and I often laugh and have fun in our sessions.
