My specialty areas of focus are: 1. OCD (with its subtypes) and intrusive thoughts. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a core part of the work. 2. ADHD and executive function skills building, such as time management, focus, impulse control, emotion regulation and organization.

I provide support for youth (13+) an adults of any age. Within this work, there is also an emphasis on clarifying values, building strengths and developing a sense of meaning.
