My practice focuses on people experiencing life transitions. I have specialized training in: marital/relationship/family conflicts, traumatic brain injuries, impulse control, Cluster B personality issues, anger management, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have been practicing psychotherapy for 16 years.
I work with individuals, couples, and youth. I work with men, women, and non binary people from settler, Indigenous, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I have been doing this work for 16 years.
