I have been working in the field for 30 years now, supporting people who are dealing with personal difficulties of different kinds: sadness, depression, sex and sexuality related issues, dating/intimacy/broken-heart, anxiety, trauma, grief, immigration and displacement related issues, existential and mid-life crises, or simply "figuring out" their life. I provide compassionate, empathic, non-judgemental, and both intellectually and emotionally rewarding therapy experience.
I offer psychodynamic style therapy, with elements from Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed and Humanistic therapy. I support my clients' own journey towards achieving mental strength, soundness, and healing, and make sure that each client receives the right therapy for them.
Whether you're dealing with a traumatic past, an existential crisis, or gloominess that just won't let go - I am here for you. I look forward to talking with you and figuring out how can I be helpful. I offer flexible hours (including evenings and weekends). My virtual practice is open to all residence of Ontario. I offer therapy in both English and Hebrew.
