You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or exhausted from trying to manage everything alone. I support adults and youth navigating ADHD, rejection sensitivity, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, and major changes in life. I also work with women experiencing burnout, identity shifts, perimenopause, and other concerns related to women’s mental health. My approach is warm, practical, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in understanding the whole person—not simply a diagnosis or collection of symptoms.

Hi, I’m Olivia! I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, and the weight of ongoing stress—when life feels like too much and it’s hard to slow down or feel grounded. My goal is to offer a space where you can breathe a little easier—where you feel seen, supported, and safe to explore what’s really going on. Together, we’ll build trust, self-compassion, and practical tools to help you manage stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself and others. Healing can include warmth, humour, and hope—and it often does.

If you're a mother in search of support because you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, overstimulated, angry, or like you're purely just surviving - you are most certainly not alone. A safe space to talk about these unique challenges of motherhood with someone who understands can be so validating and healing.
I'm Ang - I'm a therapist and a mother of 4 year old twins and a 10 year old. I drink way too much coffee, I have a potty mouth, I have ADHD, and I am in the trenches of motherhood right along with you. It truly takes a village, and I'd be honoured to be a part of yours.

You may look like you're managing on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. Your mind rarely slows down, you're carrying more than anyone realizes, and you're doing your best to keep up with the demands of everyday life. Maybe you're tired of overthinking, questioning yourself, or wondering why things seem harder than they "should" be. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone. I offer a warm, trauma-informed space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don't need to have the right words or all the answers before coming to therapy. We'll start where you are and figure it out together!

One of the consequences of stress is re-experiencing it in the mind and body, leaving us depleted and disconnected from life. Intense reactions can be confusing and distressing. Making sense of our experiences, putting them in perspective, and changing unhelpful ways of thinking, behaving, and coping increases our resilience. I welcome individuals from all walks of life and have a particular interest in nurses, physicians and first responders; military, veterans and their families; survivors of adverse childhood experiences; adult children of narcissistic parents; and those experiencing workplace stress and life transitions.
