As a registered social worker, I believe that you the client are the expert in your own life, and I am simply here to work in collaboration with you to reach your full potential. As Brene Brown says, "Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and change".
My practice approach incorporates different modalities to work with clients struggling through anxiety, depression, relationship stressors, marital stress, parent-teen relationship stress among others. As an immigrant, I also enjoy working with the immigrant community as they navigate and adjust to their new environment.
You the client are the expert in the affairs of your own lives. I am here to walk alongside you in the journey of learning and discovery. My practice is anchored in anti-oppressive practice and providing a safe place for healing and wellness in a respectful atmosphere.
