I work with adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or identity struggles. Approaches: DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Gottman-Informed, Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider, IFS Informed & Sex Therapy Informed (CSTIP Candidate). I also provide clinical supervision for RPQs and RPs working toward their CRPO Hours
