I specialize in couples, families, and individuals using Relational Life Therapy, IFS, Compassionate Inquiry, and nature-based, experiential and somatic approaches. For couples, RLT offers a direct, honest path out of painful patterns and toward real intimacy. Individuals and families receive the same depth of care, tailored to what each person needs.
