About

My jam is working with teens and young adults exploring interpersonal relationship concerns, living in-between cultures, existential issues (i.e. grief and loss, finding meaning and purpose in life), gender identity and sexual orientation, faith and spirituality. Life’s challenges can leave us feeling anxious and stuck. In some situations, integrating different values, transitioning to a different stage in life, or experiencing unexpected events may lead to confusion and anxiety. Experiencing these rough patches in our lives on our own can be overwhelming.
I am here to provide a space for you to put words to your feelings and experience. At the heart of my work, I firmly believe that we are born with desire for healing and growth. In sessions, my work is driven by curiosity, and together we will figure out who you are, who you want to be, and how to get there.
Existing between Indonesian-Chinese and Canadian cultures, I had first-hand experience in integrating competing personal and family values and socio-cultural structures. I believe healing starts when we find a safe space to integrate the many parts of ourselves. Should you choose to connect, it is a great honour to be invited to journey with you.
