I hold space for you to heal your attachment and other wounds. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and have a Masters of Psychology, with a private practice in downtown Toronto. My special interests include transitions across the life span, attachment and trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, Post Traumatic Stress, newcomer and multi cultural issues, intersecting with LGBTQ issues, women's mental health, transitioning genders, and newcomer issues.
My approach is geared to your specific needs. Feeling seen, validated and heard in your true essence will build trust. I rely on years of experience and training in evidence based modalities like, in Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma therapy and EMDR. I can help you with your relationships to family of origin, work and loved ones.
