If you are someone navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or life transitions—and feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lost—you’re not alone. You may be seeking clarity, healing, and a deeper connection to yourself. You want a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your emotions and experiences, especially if you’re juggling cultural expectations or identity questions. You’re ready to feel more grounded, empowered, and seen—and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I help teens, adults, couples, and families work through anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. I offer a warm, culturally sensitive space using CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and EMDR (in training). Sessions are available in-person in Brantford and Cambridge, and online across Ontario in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
I know reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. You deserve a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood—just as you are. Whether you're feeling stuck, strugglin with emotions, or navigating big life changes, you don’t have to do it alone. When you're ready, I'm here to walk alongside you
