I work with individuals & couples, experiencing a feeling of being stuck in re-occurring patterns in their lives. They often have insight into their experience, and are aware of what needs to change - they just need a bit of support making it happen!

My hope is that our work together can be focused on providing some immediate relief from any emotional or mental pain you are experiencing, while we also examine the root of the issue in order to reduce the likelihood of experiencing this again.

I believe therapy and counselling relationships should be similar to other health professionals we use - like doctors, dentists and physio, we tend to build a professional relationship with someone we trust, integrate them into our lives, and call on them when needed.
