Life is challenging and sometimes we need help holding space for tough situations, transitions and new ways to learn more about ourselves so we can live an authentic life . You do not need to be an artist to benefit from art therapy! Anyone who wants to explore their feelings through art creation can benefit.
My clinical training experience includes: Public practice art therapy, adult education counselling and mental health services, Alzheimer's and dementia mental health services, special needs art therapy (pediatric, children and teens) and community art therapy programming. I can offer my humanistic, compassionate and client centred approach to my clients
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you or someone you know would like to benefit from art therapy and would like to ask questions to know more. Please email if it is your first time contacting me and provide a brief description of why you are seeking therapy at this time. We can then do a 15 minute exploratory call to see if we would be a good match.
