Hi! My name is Nina and I am a licensed psychologist in Oakville Ontario. I have provided psychological treatment to children, adolescents, adults and families for over 15 years. I am trained as a Cognitive Behavioural therapist (CBT). I also draw from other treatment approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

I view therapy as a collaborative process between client and therapist. I strive to offer a therapeutic environment that is open, nonjudgemental, compassionate and safe. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

I hold a Ph.D., in clinical psychology from Concordia University in Montreal. I am a certified cognitive behaviour therapist with the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I am also a member of the Canadian Psychological Association and the Ontario Psychological Association. To book an appointment, please email me at nina@laugesen.ca.
