Do you find yourself overwhelmed by intense emotions, or at times feel disconnected from your feelings altogether? Do relationships feel unstable, leaving you stuck in cycles of insecurity, people-pleasing, or conflict? These struggles can leave you questioning who you are, or that your mind is working against you. In our work together, you’ll find a space that is collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgemental. My style is relational and conversational. I listen deeply, validate your experiences, and gently challenge you to notice patterns, shift perspective, and develop the skills to feel more in control of your inner world.
My Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology coupled with a diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy, informs a holistic perspective that promotes both physical and mental well-being. My approach is attachment-based, psychodynamic, and nervous-system informed, while also integrating directive strategies that promote clarity and growth.
If you believe I may be the right fit for your therapeutic journey, I welcome you to reach out for a 30-minute consultation. Together, we can embark on a path towards healing and growth.
