In our sessions, you can expect to be met with warmth, curiosity, and empathy as we explore not only the challenges you’re facing, but also the inner strengths, resilience, and resources you already carry.
I work with individuals navigating trauma and PTSD, relationship and attachment difficulties, self-esteem and identity concerns, women’s issues, and weight-related struggles. I also support people from high-stress and high-responsibility backgrounds, including veterans and first responders, as well as individuals impacted by gambling-related concerns.
