Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, feeling stuck, going through a big life change, or just not feeling like yourself. If you’re looking for a space to talk things through, gain clarity, and actually make meaningful changes, I’m here to help. As a therapist, I show up as a real person—authentic, engaged, and honest. I’ll support you, but I’ll also challenge you when needed. I’m not a “just nod and listen” kind of therapist—I believe in being direct, compassionate, and practical so you can actually move forward, not stay stuck in the same patterns.
I work primarily with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, domestic violence, and substance use. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to you. I draw from therapies like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, and Expressive Arts.
