NOTE: I am currently not accepting new clients for counselling and consultation. My 3 main areas of focus are: 2SLGBTQ+, Non-monogamous relationship styles and Kink/BDSM. Including topics related to self, relationships, home, work, school, and loss, sex and sexuality, trauma, anxiety, depression and substance use. I describe myself as relational, holistic and trauma informed. I am trained in Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy both as a student and as a facilitator.
My approach to Counselling is grounded in an Integrative-Existentialist perspective that draws from neurophysiology, attachment theory, mindfulness, self-compassion and body-centered approaches. I believe that creating a safe, open and collaborative environment is essential for facilitating dialogue that includes insight, acceptance and possibilities.
I strive to create the most affordable, non-oppressive and flexible counselling services. I provide individual and couples counselling sessions in person, over the telephone or online at a rate of $140 per 50 minutes and $190 per 80 minutes. I offer a sliding scale for those facing barriers related to finances.
