Do you feel stuck or overwhelmed in disconnection? My clients often struggle with anxiety, self-worth, and how they show up in their relationships. They often carry past relational wounds and tender stories that shape their way of being in the world. My clients are often seeking a safe container to be held, validated, and assisted in processing grief and in building their own sense of sovereignty, while exploring attachment & relationality. They often seek to deepen their spiritual connection to something more than themselves, feel more attuned to nature and energy, and are looking for a therapist who works from a holistic approach.
As a Registered Canadian Art Therapist, Reiki II practitioner, and ritualist, I offer counselling, art therapy, spiritual exploration, and guided ritual to a diverse array of folks. I hold space in a spiritually integrative, feminist, anti-oppressive, & person centered/relational way. I identify as a Queer woman and am kink/ENM/poly affirming.

My Grief Story - 5 Weeks, Online, Fall 2025
An online art therapy group for those who have suffered deep loss and haven't had their story honoured. Heartbreak touches every part of our lives. Nothing is the same after that moment. We walk a different Path then the moment before. And this story is often invisible, even to our closest people. My Grief Story is a place for that story to be Seen and Honoured. Intended for those with a minimum of 6 months since the loss they suffered, and supports in place. Holistic lens on heartbreak: divorce, separation, death, mental illness, +. 9 spots.
