I support individuals and couples in developing a deeper, more compassionate understanding of the emotional, relational, and social undercurrents behind familiar (often painful) stuck points, patterns, behaviours, or beliefs. By turning inward, we gently connect with core experiences held in both mind and body, creating spaciousness and courage to process past wounds, gain insight, and make meaningful connections between the past and the present.
With a deep level of care, compassion, and a shared commitment to your healing we will honour the complexity of your lived experiences while transforming insight into choice; (re)discovering what it means to feel empowered in your body, relationships, and the world around you with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
