I enjoy working with folks who have difficulties with people-pleasing, perfectionism, low self-esteem/confidence, anxiety, stress/burnout, emotional regulation, life transitions, and boundary setting. My work with couples focuses on identification and expression of needs and emotions, conflict management, and building effective communication.
