Hi there! My name is Nikita, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist at Measuring What Matters. I want to acknowledge the brave and courageous steps you’ve taken to arrive here. I am a firm believer that anyone can benefit from therapy, whether working through complicated life issues, managing mental health and stress, or fostering growth and reflection in your life. I work with clients, from youth to adults, in creating a brave space where you can bring your vulnerable and authentic self without judgement or biases. In my practice, I believe it’s important to integrate all parts of the self, from the mind, body and soul.

Growing up in a large, diverse family with mental health issues, I understand there are many moving parts to life, and it can be complicated. I want to honour your story. I provide a safe space and inclusivity to all people from different backgrounds. While I integrate a variety of modalities, I wholeheartedly believe in the power of conversation.

Your healing is my top priority. We are all on our own paths of happiness, and during our time together, you will never be alone. My philosophy will always be centred around my clients, to help them overcome and appreciate the different nuances of life and measure what makes us happy.
